Jingneng collaborates with Zhipingfang to introduce multimodal intelligent robots into chip manufacturing plants

On March 18, Zhejiang Jingneng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Jingneng) and ZhiPingFang (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (ZhiPingFang) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Geely Technology Tower.Based on the process requirements of high-end semiconductor manufacturing scenarios, the two parties will jointly develop general embodied intelligent robot solutions for precision manufacturing.Li Chunlong, General Manager of Jingyi Semiconductor, and Qiu Wei, Deputy General Manager of ZhiPingFang, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides. Pan Yunbin, CEO of Jingneng, Dr. Guo Yandong, Founder and Chairman of ZhiPingFang, and other executives attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

Jingyi Semiconductor, Jingneng’s Hangzhou base, will take the lead in deploying Alpha Bot, the general embodied intelligent robot system developed by ZhiPingFang.Powered by AI2R Brain, an end-to-end embodied large model independently developed by ZhiPingFang, the system will gradually automate high-precision processes including wafer loading, intelligent consumable replacement, and precision parts sorting through continuous learning of multi-dimensional data from semiconductor production scenarios.The project will advance the intelligent upgrading of production lines in phases, and ultimately establish an unmanned intelligent factory system featuring full-process autonomous operation.
