Jingneng and Xinmai Semiconductor Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Recently, Zhejiang Jingneng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Jingneng) and Sinmai Semiconductor Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Sinmai) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.The two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in R&D, manufacturing, advanced packaging, market application and talent training of automotive‑grade and industrial‑grade chips, jointly promoting the coordinated development of the power semiconductor industry.By leveraging their respective strengths, they will focus on new energy applications such as automobiles, robots, drones and two‑wheelers to co‑develop innovative products including automotive chips, power modules and battery management systems.
