Jingneng Xiuzhou Base Starts Production Ahead of Schedule

Recently, Phase I of Jingneng Xiuzhou Base completed main construction ahead of schedule and officially went into production, with the first SiC power module successfully launched.

Construction started on February 5, 2024.The project cycle was much shorter than the industry average.Located in Jiaxing National High-tech Zone, the base covers 6.36 hectares (95.4 mu).It is Jingneng’s third professional production base after Yuhang and Wenling.

Phase I has an annual capacity of 600,000 units of automotive-grade power modules.The production line uses an innovative island-style automation layout for high efficiency and strong flexibility, supporting fast switching for multi-product manufacturing.During construction, Jingneng adopted a “build while producing” strategy with multi-zone coordination and phased production, greatly shortening the ramp-up period and enabling early commissioning.

Jingneng has secured project designations from multiple customers and is scaling mass deliveries, with growing market share.Xiuzhou Base will continue ramping up capacity to become a core R&D and manufacturing platform for high-performance automotive-grade power modules.
