Electric Welding Machine
Inverter welding and cutting equipment consists of an inverter power supply and external devices, with the inverter power supply as its core. Its working process is to rectify and filter three-phase or single-phase 50Hz mains AC into smooth DC power. An inverter circuit composed of IGBTs or MOSFETs converts the DC into15,000–100,000 Hz high-frequency AC.After being stepped down by the medium-frequency main transformer, it is rectified and filtered again to obtain stable DC welding current (or inverted again to AC of the required frequency). The control circuit of inverter welding and cutting equipment includes a reference circuit and a drive circuit.By processing feedback signals of voltage and current, closed-loop control of the whole machine is realized.Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is adopted as the core control technology to achieve fast PWM-based constant current characteristics and excellent welding and cutting performance. The overall development trend of inverter welding and cutting equipment is toward automation, high efficiency, intelligence, modularization and light weight.Focused on improving performance, reliability and expanding applications, it is widely used in various welding and cutting processes.
