Jingneng and CRRC Times Semiconductor Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Recently, Zhejiang Jingneng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Jingneng) and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (CRRC Times Semiconductor) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.The two parties will carry out in-depth and all-round cooperation in key fields including chip design, process innovation, module packaging, and testing verification of Si, SiC, GaN and other power semiconductor devices, to jointly promote technological innovation and industrialization of power semiconductors.Lu Jicun, CTO of Jingneng, and Xiao Qiang, CTO of CRRC Times Semiconductor, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides.
